Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCEDURE

  1. Please contact Kavvi's customer service in LINE @kavvi.shoes
  2. Review Kavvi's exchange and returns policy.
  3. Fill out the exchange and returns form that is provided in the shoe box.
  4. Cut out the labels at the bottom of the form and stick them onto the box. Follow the instructions given.
  5. For exchanges, Kavvi will notify the customer once the goods have been received. The customer will then need to pay for shipping fees. Once the fees have been paid for, the exchanged goods will be delivered back to them.
  6. For returnsKavvi will notify the customer once the goods have been received. A refund will then be made to the customer's personal bank account.

 

RETURNS POLICY

  1. In any case a defective or faulty product is delivered to the customer, Kavvi offers a full refund.
  2. Returns are only valid within 2 days after goods are received by the customer.
  3. Returns are only valid if the shoes are in unworn condition, and the packaging including the bubble wrap is still proper.
  4. Kavvi has the right to reject any returns if conditions are not met. Goods will then be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
  5. Kavvi is not responsible for lost or damaged goods during delivery.

 

EXCHANGES POLICY

  1. Shoes that do not fit are strictly non-refundable.
  2. Exchanges are only valid within 3 days after goods are received by the customer.
  3. Exchanges can only be done within the same model. Exchanges between different models are not allowed, including different colors. 
  4. Exchanges can only be done if the preferred size is available and ready stock. Otherwise the exchange will be rejected. Please send goods to exchange as soon as possible. Kavvi do not hold stock for exchanges.
  5. Exchanges are only valid if the shoes are in unworn condition (clean soles), and all packaging intact.
  6. Kavvi has the right to reject any exchanges if conditions are not met. Goods will then be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
  7. All shipping fees will be paid for by the customer.
  8. Kavvi is not responsible for lost or damaged goods during delivery.
